Lead the Energy Unit's legal and policy advocacy to ensure affordable utilities for low-income residents. Oversee intake, individual and systemic representation, litigation, legislative and administrative advocacy, communications, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement. Supervise, mentor, hire, and evaluate staff while collaborating with other CLS units and external coalitions to advance equity-focused energy and utility initiatives.
