Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, resolve concerns empathetically, and ensure enquiries are actioned promptly.

Partner with leaders across corporate and residential care portfolios to provide HR advice, coaching, and practical people solutions. Manage complex employee relations, performance, grievances, investigations, workplace matters, and change. Analyze people metrics, support workforce planning, contribute to HR projects and process improvements, and promote culture, retention, talent development, and succession planning.
