Oversee a residential housing and human services facility, ensuring quality resident services, regulatory and contractual compliance, staffing, facility safety, documentation, budgets, and program performance. Supervise staff, manage social service delivery, coordinate external partnerships, address complex resident needs, maintain code-compliant operations, and ensure required reporting and training. The role includes a Monday-Friday schedule with 24/7 on-call responsibility.

Supervise case managers and oversee social work services in an emergency housing program. Provide crisis intervention and case management support, conduct staff supervision and evaluations, ensure regulatory and funding compliance, review case files, oversee reporting and payroll procedures, coordinate referrals, support hiring and training, and provide on-call coverage as needed.

Provides case management and supportive services for residents, including developing and updating care plans, coordinating referrals, connecting residents with public benefits and immigration services, monitoring progress, conducting room inspections, documenting interactions, and creating discharge plans. The role supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness, health or mental health challenges, and substance use issues while promoting stability, independence, and self-reliance.
