Teams at Community Housing Innovations, Inc.

Oversee shelter operations, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, manage staff and facilities, monitor program performance and KPIs, handle community relations, reporting, incident follow-up, budgeting, and 24/7 on-call oversight to support resident stabilization and housing placement.

Provide case management to promote clients' housing stability and independence: develop Independent Living Plans, provide referrals, counseling and crisis intervention, assist with budgeting and resumes, perform unit inspections, document progress and needs, collaborate with DSS and service providers, and complete discharge plans and required reports.

Provide and coordinate educational and recreational programs for children and adults, manage attendance and transportation records, liaise with schools and DSS, assist with school enrollment and vocational goals, organize fundraising and grant applications, network with community agencies, support case managers, and develop site-specific camp and after-school programming.
