Administers an 81-unit affordable supportive housing program, overseeing tenant services, case management, property management, compliance, reporting, budgets, contracts, maintenance, and staff supervision. Develops tenant support programs, maintains community partnerships, ensures regulatory and contractual compliance, monitors rent collection and facility conditions, and manages program performance. Serves on the leadership team and remains available on call 24/7.

The Case Manager develops and executes care plans for residents, coordinates services, and assesses progress towards stabilization and independence.

Supervise recreation and childcare staff while coordinating educational, vocational, recreational, and day-care programs for children and families in a shelter. Responsibilities include developing curricula, tutoring programs, and adult education resources; supporting school, camp, and employment goals; coordinating activities, trips, and events; engaging schools and community agencies; soliciting donations; tracking expenses; and providing transportation as needed.
