The Sr. Advanced Practitioner Nurse/Clinician leads clinical affairs, supervises clinicians, and manages medical operations in a CHN Center, focusing on underserved communities.

Supervise and coordinate ambulatory nursing services, ensuring smooth patient flow, nursing assessment, intervention, education, referrals, and record maintenance. Develop and evaluate nursing regimes, supervise allied staff, participate in interdisciplinary planning, support quality improvement, and assist nursing leadership with staff evaluation, inventory, and reporting.

Provide direct patient care across CHN clinics: intake, venipuncture, administer medications and injections, assist providers with procedures, conduct health counseling, manage referrals and follow-up, maintain records and comply with infection control and clinic policies.
