Teams at Community Health

Provide comprehensive primary care at Rutland, Castleton, and Brandon clinics: history/physicals, diagnostics, develop treatment plans, suturing, prescribe medications including controlled substances, manage acute/emergency care, coordinate continuity of care, and refer to community resources within an integrated behavioral health and panel-management system.

Provide front-desk patient support including answering phones, scheduling, registration, verifying demographics and insurance, coding per CPT/ICD-9, processing payments, maintaining charts/files, and supporting billing/AR tasks while protecting patient confidentiality.

Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children using evidence-based techniques; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain clinical records, perform assessments, make referrals, and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
