Provides comprehensive primary pediatric care, including well-child visits, immunizations, acute and chronic condition management, emergency stabilization, neonatal care, and prenatal consultations. The physician documents care, follows up on tests, supervises advanced practice providers, participates in quality initiatives and peer review, and supports health equity in a diverse, underserved community.

Collects and prepares blood and other specimens, performs approved waived laboratory tests, and maintains laboratory workflows. Registers patients, verifies insurance and fee classifications, collects and posts payments, processes billing and encounter forms, and balances daily batches. Performs phlebotomy, specimen instruction, supply management, filing, scheduling, patient assistance, and clerical support while maintaining clean work areas, confidentiality, CPR certification, and compliance with laboratory and institutional procedures.

Leads clinical operations across multiple regional locations, supervising nurses and medical assistants while ensuring patient care quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and performance. Reviews clinical records, conducts patient tracers, monitors quality metrics, supports population health initiatives, and participates in performance improvement activities. Provides direct patient care, visits health centers, facilitates shared medical group visits, oversees equipment and supplies, and leads supervisory meetings.
