Teams at Community Health Group

Provides financial leadership for Medi-Cal and Medicare Special Needs Plans, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, rate development, revenue and claims analysis, financial reporting, regulatory submissions, and scenario planning. Partners with operational and accounting teams to evaluate performance, ensure data accuracy, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions. Leads financial sustainability initiatives, supports executive and board reporting, and develops staff through coaching and training.
