Conduct participant outreach, screening, enrollment, retention, informed consent, surveys, scheduling, and engagement for the All of Us research program. Use motivational interviewing and teach-back methods, document participant data, assess outreach effectiveness, coordinate with research teams, and support advisory board recruitment. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, protocol adherence, bilingual Spanish-English skills, and occasional flexible scheduling.

Conduct outreach, enrollment, consent, retention, and participant engagement for the All of Us research program. Screen and educate patients, administer surveys, collect data and biometrics, support biospecimen collection, schedule research appointments, and participate in community recruitment events. The role requires frequent travel throughout Connecticut, occasional nonstandard hours, and strong communication with diverse populations. Bilingual Spanish/English skills and phlebotomy training are preferred.

Manages front-office operations across community health center sites, including hiring, supervision, performance management, scheduling, provider templates, revenue collection, payroll, workforce management, inventory, compliance, and patient satisfaction. Leads process improvements, meetings, corrective actions, and special projects while coordinating with site leadership and patient accounts. Requires healthcare operations experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of coding and healthcare regulations, and familiarity with EHR or practice management systems.
