Schedules and adjusts patient appointments, manages clinic flow, registers new patients, maintains accurate records, explains emergency procedures, tracks lab results, assists with interpreter forms, documents patient communications, and processes chart-related documents and transfers.

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care including crowns, bridges, restorations, endodontics, extractions, pediatric procedures, and removable prosthodontics. Use diagnostic tools and radiographs, maintain accurate electronic records, deliver culturally competent patient education, and collaborate with the clinical team while complying with state and clinic protocols.

Serve as the clinic front desk contact: greet patients, schedule and manage appointments, register new patients, maintain records, monitor lab results, explain ER procedures, assist with interpreter forms, log communications, and scan/copy charts to ensure smooth clinic operations.
