Teams at Community Counselling Centre of Nipissing

Provide high-level administrative support to the HR Manager and senior leadership, handling recruitment/onboarding, HR records, facilities coordination, IT ticket triage, executive calendar management, board materials and minute-taking, and general operational administration to ensure organizational efficiency and confidentiality.

Lead and oversee developmental services and counselling programs, providing clinical supervision, risk management, quality assurance, data oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Monitor program outcomes, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, support continuous improvement, and meet funder reporting requirements while supervising staff and collaborating with community partners.
