Performs non-profit fund accounting and month-end close tasks, prepares financial statements and tax returns, reconciles accounts, supports audits, recommends controls and process improvements, and provides accounting backup and guidance.

Provide trauma-informed, in-field peer support to individuals who intersect with law enforcement due to substance use or unmet behavioral health needs. Conduct outreach, screening, intake, referrals, warm handoffs to treatment, documentation (EHR/Excel), follow-up, de-escalation, community partner development, and coordinate with law enforcement and partner agencies. Complete required trainings and become a Certified Recovery Mentor within six months.

Provides peer counseling, mentoring, crisis support, rehabilitation assistance, and recovery guidance to clients and families using lived mental health or substance use experience. Documents services, participates in clinical meetings and supervision, supports individual and group activities, addresses stigma, and coordinates with clinicians and community partners. The role may provide transportation and services in homes, hospitals, offices, and community settings.
