Teams at Community Counseling Solutions

Provides peer counseling, mentoring, skills training, crisis support, and rehabilitation services to ACT clients using lived mental health or substance use experience. Collaborates with clinical teams, facilitates dual-diagnosis groups, documents services, supports client recovery and self-determination, participates in meetings and supervision, provides transportation, and offers rotating after-hours phone support. Requires peer support certification, confidentiality, communication, conflict resolution, background screening, drug screening, a valid driver’s license, and personal auto insurance.

Responsibilities include mentoring clients, reducing stigma, supporting crisis interventions, facilitating rehabilitative activities, documenting clinical services, participating in team meetings, and providing transportation to services. The role requires collaboration with clinicians, community partners, and clients across offices, homes, hospitals, and community settings.
