Provide day-to-day clinical supervision and oversight of mental health and addiction clinicians, ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and quality standards, carry a clinical caseload (assessments, treatment plans, individual/group/family therapy), manage staff hiring/training/evaluations, participate in on-call/crisis response, coordinate with community partners and prescribers, administer UA testing, and assist with utilization management and documentation quality assurance.

Provide mental health nursing care and medication oversight, administer medications, lead therapy sessions, and participate in client advocacy within a team-based environment.

The Supported Employment Specialist assists clients with mental health challenges in obtaining and maintaining employment that aligns with their goals. Responsibilities include job coaching, employer engagement, and providing individualized support and follow-up to clients in community settings.
