Perform outreach, recruiting, and enrollment tasks to meet college admissions goals: attend events, process applications, register students, maintain records, use Banner and MS Office, collaborate with campus offices, and support admissions policies and reporting.

Teach and manage nursing simulation lab courses and simulations; develop and evaluate lab curricula and instructional materials; supervise and advise students; maintain simulation suite, equipment, supplies and budget; coordinate clinical placements, mentor faculty, engage in recruitment/retention and community partnerships; participate in committees and professional development; ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies.

Provide front-line student account customer service; process payments, invoices, deposits, and third-party billing; assist with financial aid inquiries; maintain records in Banner and Microsoft Office; support billing, collections, reconciliation, and general Business Office administrative tasks.
