Provide quarterly, in-person operational oversight of medication policies and procedures at the center. Conduct quarterly reviews of medication storage, safety, and administration, produce a quarterly report, and as needed communicate with participants, pharmacies, PCPs, and center staff. Typically 2–3 hours per quarter.

Performs payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions including bi-monthly payroll preparation, reconciliations, journal entries, bank deposits, vendor payments, report preparation, and training/oversight of accounting assistants. Maintains manual and PC-based accounting records and supports budget monitoring and special financial reports.

Lead and manage multiple early education centers: ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, develop programs and budgets, oversee curriculum and staff, coordinate family and community services, and represent the division for funding and advocacy efforts.

Lead and implement integrated communications, philanthropy, public affairs, advocacy, government relations, and community engagement. Manage development and communications staff, oversee fundraising campaigns, donor cultivation, grants, media relations, digital strategy, internal communications, and stakeholder relations. Advise CEO and board, present progress, and ensure consistent agency messaging to advance organizational priorities.

Provide nutrition and breastfeeding counseling, determine WIC eligibility, maintain documentation in WISE, load WIC food benefits, conduct group education, promote breastfeeding, collaborate with community partners, train staff, and support WIC program implementation. Ensure culturally competent customer service and comply with required trainings, site assignments, and background checks.

Provide hands-on assistance and supervision in an adult day health center for frail elderly and functionally impaired adults. Duties include personal care (toileting, bathing, feeding, ambulation), activity setup and leading, documentation, monitoring participant health, working with volunteers and staff, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Provide childcare support and developmental activities for children, supervise small groups, communicate with parents, maintain a safe and clean environment, assist with meals and site opening/closing, attend trainings, and comply with reporting and confidentiality requirements.

Provide psychosocial support and case management to adult day health participants. Assist with intakes, assessments, enrollments, person-centered care plans, individual and group support, referrals, documentation, and daily program tasks. Maintain confidentiality, collaborate with staff, and support participant integration. Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Provide clerical and program support to Marketing/Communications and Development teams: data entry, recordkeeping, typing (55 WPM), filing, scheduling, mail processing, basic document translation (English/Spanish), vendor liaison, and office equipment operation. Maintain confidentiality, communicate with staff and community partners, and perform occasional driving for work-related tasks.

Provide accounts payable and receivable support including invoice verification, voucher/check preparation, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, 1099s, deposits, and financial reporting. Maintain manual and computerized records, use PC-based accounting software and Excel, cross-train staff, prepare special reports, and assist the Accounting Manager with reconciliations and fiscal procedures.
