Lead and execute innovation and continuous improvement projects across stores and departments. Design and run pilots, evaluate business cases, teach Lean Six Sigma, generate data-driven insights, drive adoption, facilitate workshops, and report progress toward strategic goals while mentoring staff and partnering with operations.

Lead and execute innovation and continuous improvement projects across stores; apply design thinking and Lean Six Sigma; teach CI to front-line staff; analyze data and qualitative research to generate insights; support strategic roadmaps, KPIs, stakeholder communication, and change management; frequent travel to store locations for implementation and piloting.

Greet donors, receive and sort incoming donations, identify unsellable items, track donation movement electronically, maintain a clean and safe donation area, assist production with disinfection, pricing, baling and other tasks, learn and use/manual and certified machinery, and communicate donation volumes and issues to supervisors.

Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees across multiple locations; perform balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset management, cash and credit card reconciliations; support month-end and year-end closings and consolidated financial statement preparation; ensure payroll tax and benefits compliance; streamline workflows between retail POS and the general ledger; maintain internal controls and act as AP backup.
