Receives and evaluates incoming donations, sorts merchandise by department and quality, identifies unsellable items, and tracks product movement electronically. Provides courteous donor service, maintains a clean and organized donation area, assists with disinfection and pricing, and follows safety procedures while using manual material-handling equipment. The role requires lifting and moving merchandise, communicating donation issues, and supporting production and store goals in a fast-paced environment.

Greet donors, receive and sort incoming donations, separate sellable items from trash, track donation movement using an electronic tablet, assist with basic production tasks, follow safety and PPE procedures, and maintain a clean, organized donation area while providing friendly customer service.

Lead and execute innovation and continuous improvement projects across stores and departments. Design and run pilots, evaluate business cases, teach Lean Six Sigma, generate data-driven insights, drive adoption, facilitate workshops, and report progress toward strategic goals while mentoring staff and partnering with operations.

Oversee donor experience and warehouse operations, lead and train Donation Associates, manage inventory and logistics, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate with store leadership, and analyze performance to support retail sales.

Process incoming donations by sorting, grading, pricing, and racking items for retail. Maintain clean, organized work areas, follow tagging and pricing standards, rotate through production sections, assist with store opening/closing, report safety incidents, and comply with company policies and supervisors' directions to ensure adequate product for the sales floor.
