The hybrid role involves office, warehouse, and community work, with frequent travel throughout New Hampshire and lifting supplies up to 30 pounds.

The Staff Accountant supports month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, program billing, grant compliance, internal controls, and audit preparation. The role maintains accurate financial records, monitors transactions, analyzes variances, supports regulatory and funding requirements, and collaborates with finance, program staff, and leadership. It also provides backup accounting support and contributes to process improvements, system enhancements, and special projects.
