Community Action Partnership of Orange County

Community Action Partnership of Orange County (CAP OC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating and preventing poverty in Orange County by stabilizing, sustaining, and empowering people with the resources they need. They provide a wide range of services including emergency support, job training, educational services, and operate the OC Food Bank.
