Teams at Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County

Maintains financial data and reporting for funders and internal leaders. Prepares accounting reports, budget-to-actual projections, grant budgets, invoices, and supporting documentation. Researches and resolves budgeting, expense, and revenue issues; communicates funding requirements; supports audits and compliance activities; and handles sensitive financial information accurately under multiple deadlines.

Leads day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, compliance, risk management, internal controls, and process improvement. Supervises and develops finance staff while partnering with the Vice President of Finance to maintain accurate financial data and effective financial processes.
