Manages a portfolio of individual and corporate donors, conducts outreach and stewardship, supports annual funds and capital campaigns, researches prospects, prepares proposals and donor communications, and maintains CRM records. The role also assists with fundraising events, sponsorship tracking, donor tours, reporting, board committee support, and community engagement while collaborating with development and communications teams.
