Provides end-to-end technology support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application issues while managing tickets through resolution. Owns employee technology onboarding and offboarding, including equipment deployment and access management. Coordinates technology projects, vendors, documentation, and service improvements. This hybrid role requires at least two onsite days weekly in Arlington, Virginia, and up to 25% domestic travel.

Leads state strategy portfolios by translating grant and contractual requirements into implementation plans, timelines, reporting systems, and measurable outcomes. Manages budgets, consultants, contractors, dashboards, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and statewide convenings while providing strategic counsel to leadership. The role requires strong nonprofit operations knowledge, project management, analytical ability, communication skills, and experience supporting distributed affiliate networks.

Leads data quality, stewardship, verification, reporting readiness, user adoption, training, and support for the CIS Data Management platform. Manages a data operations team, establishes workflows and service standards, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and partners with product and technology teams on testing, releases, system enhancements, and process improvements. The role also oversees Help Desk operations, develops user communities, translates stakeholder feedback into solutions, and promotes consistent data practices across a distributed affiliate network.

Writes and submits grant proposals, letters of inquiry, concept notes, and reports to secure unrestricted and restricted funding. Researches institutional prospects, manages a 12–18 month grants calendar, and coordinates complex submissions across teams. Develops financial and programmatic narratives, maintains grant records, ensures compliance and timely reporting, and supports advancement communications. The role requires independent work, strong research and writing skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in grant writing or institutional fundraising, ideally within K–12 education or economic mobility.
