Communities In Schools of North Carolina is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. The organization assists North Carolina communities in replicating the CIS process of coordinated service delivery, supports local CIS organizations across the state, and advocates for children, youth, and their families to help them reach their full potential.
