Supports nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement through donor database management, gift and pledge processing, reporting, stewardship communications, fundraising research, and event coordination. Maintains accurate Raiser's Edge records, coordinates event logistics and registrations, prepares donor materials, supports acknowledgments and recognition, responds to donor inquiries, and collaborates with Development, Finance, Marketing, and Program teams.

Supports daily operations of affordable housing properties through leasing assistance, tenant selection, income certifications, compliance documentation, resident relations, maintenance coordination, reporting, and administrative recordkeeping. Assists with move-ins, move-outs, waitlists, inspections, work orders, audit preparation, lease compliance, resident retention, and service partner coordination. Participates in on-call rotation and supports the Community Manager with operational tasks and special projects.

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across multiple sites, including hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, account administration, device deployment, asset tracking, and troubleshooting. Supports low-voltage infrastructure, cabling, security cameras, access control, wireless networks, conference room technology, and audiovisual systems. Documents technical work, coordinates vendors, supports cybersecurity practices, and travels between organizational locations to meet technology needs.
