Serve as the office's first point of contact, manage daily administrative and financial tasks, maintain records and project documents, support permits and compliance, assist with construction project coordination, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), vendor payments, onboarding, and community meeting/event coordination.

Onni Group and CEC are recruiting union and non-union tradespeople for Halsted Pointe Phase 1, a 46-story residential tower in Chicago (May 2026–Oct 2028). Multiple skilled trades (carpentry, electricians, plumbers, ironworkers, masons, etc.) are needed for construction, parking, retail, and amenity areas.
