Supports the Latin America Sales Director by representing the gallery, hosting clients, preparing sales materials, maintaining client records, invoicing and tracking payments, coordinating artwork shipping and installation, managing samples and loans, booking travel, and handling general administrative tasks. The role requires Spanish fluency, strong communication, discretion, organization, and interest in contemporary art, design, and sales.

Manages the global planning and delivery of art fairs and gallery exhibitions from initial brief through installation and de-installation. Coordinates internal teams, gallery locations, artists, suppliers, logistics providers and other external partners. Owns project plans, timelines, budgets, supplier management, technical resources, reporting, risk mitigation and stakeholder decisions. The role also oversees the London technical team and ensures consistent execution across international locations.
