Teams at Communications Wireless Group, LLC

Leads the overall operation and performance of Ladbroke Hall, coordinating exhibitions, hospitality, events, private hire, and cultural programming. Owns the venue’s operational P&L, budgets, forecasts, standards, client experience, and profitability initiatives. Aligns department heads, translates founders’ vision into execution, and serves as the senior operational representative. Requires visible leadership, strong hospitality and restaurant economics knowledge, financial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.

Welcome gallery visitors, introduce exhibitions, provide tours, and support client-facing activities. Maintain visitor records, gallery presentation, inventory, office organization, gift and sample shipments, and event preparation. Collaborate with global interns on company-wide projects and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.
