Ensures distributed antenna systems and managed networks operate according to design, standards, SLAs, and contractual requirements. Performs RF benchmarking, data analysis, spectrum, sweep, PIM, OTDR, and CW testing; troubleshoots faults, interference, and link issues; supports NOC tickets and maintenance windows; coordinates with operations, customers, carriers, and inspectors; provides technical guidance, documentation, reports, and closeout deliverables. Regional travel and occasional after-hours support are required.

Entry-level RF Designer responsible for creating in-building Distributed Antenna System designs in iBwave. Duties include developing 3D models, preparing layouts, running propagation models, producing bills of materials, creating fiber and rack diagrams in Visio, and exporting design reports. The role requires understanding RF fundamentals, frequency bands, wireless protocols, signal measurements, repeater and DAS equipment, and RF mathematics. This onsite position includes evening hours and 4–6 weeks of onsite training.

Manage multiple cellular DAS and signal source deployment projects from initiation through closeout. Coordinate engineers, technicians, purchasing, finance, warehouses, vendors, and remote stakeholders. Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, documentation, status reports, and closeout packages using cloud-based project management tools. Support engineering commissioning, integration, optimization, inspections, acceptance testing, equipment receipt, purchase orders, scope changes, and corrective actions while ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
