Supports nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement through personalized acknowledgments, appeals, stewardship communications, CRM and gift record maintenance, donor segmentation, campaign tracking, response analysis, and event logistics. The role coordinates follow-up with donors and partners, contributes to annual giving initiatives, maintains data accuracy and confidentiality, and provides administrative and project support across development activities.

Coordinates primary care back-office clinic flow, including appointment cancellations, no-shows, standby lists, scheduling, patient triage support, provider communication, room utilization, and wait-time reduction. Supports medical assistants, clinic administration, patient care activities, referrals, inventory, supplies, newborn registration, backline calls, and remote provider testing coordination. Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and assists with quality improvement, training, and operational coverage.

Provides front-desk patient access services in a community health center, including greeting and assisting patients, registration, appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility verification, EHR data entry, payment collection, and telephone support. Maintains patient confidentiality, processes forms and records, reconciles payments, supports authorizations and follow-up, and contributes to staff training and department operations.

Provides front-desk and telephone support in a community health center. Greets and assists patients, schedules appointments, registers patients, verifies insurance eligibility, manages forms and electronic health records, collects payments, protects patient privacy, and communicates follow-up needs. Supports a positive patient experience while maintaining accurate records, reconciling payments, and following healthcare administrative procedures.

Coordinates perinatal patient care, including appointments, referrals, high-risk tracking, abnormal lab follow-up, insurance assistance, chart preparation, billing, quality assurance, and continuity of care. Supports midwives and perinatal staff, coordinates ultrasound and gynecology clinics, maintains schedules in EPIC, assists with patient rooming and Spanish translation, and may float to medical assistant duties or travel between clinic locations.

Facilitates Wraparound services for youth and families involved in child welfare or juvenile justice systems. Engages families, forms Child and Family Teams, conducts strengths and needs assessments, develops safety and individualized plans, coordinates multidisciplinary services, provides case management and crisis intervention, tracks outcomes, completes documentation, and supports referrals, goals, and transitions.

Coordinates back-office clinic flow by managing schedules, cancellations, no-shows, standby lists, patient screening, triage protocols, room utilization, referrals, and communication among providers and staff. Supports medical assistants with quality improvement measures, patient care, inventory, supplies, newborn registration, scheduling, point-of-care testing coordination, and oxygen tank monitoring. Maintains confidentiality under HIPAA and provides Medical Assistant coverage as needed.

Provides outpatient gynecologic care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, procedures, reproductive health counseling, patient education, prescribing, documentation, and care coordination. Consults with prenatal, primary care, and behavioral health teams; manages referrals and urgent visits; participates in women’s health quality improvement, outreach, learner education, credentialing, and continuing medical education.

Provides brief evidence-based behavioral health therapy, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, referrals, warm handoffs, and consultation in an integrated primary care setting. Documents services in the electronic medical record, supports medication-assisted treatment, collaborates with community partners and medical staff, delivers behavioral health training, tracks grant requirements, and participates in supervision. The role serves patients with mild to moderate behavioral health needs across diverse ages and circumstances.
