Provides front-desk and telephone patient services at a community health center. Greets and assists patients, schedules and confirms appointments, registers patients, captures demographic and insurance information in electronic health records, verifies eligibility, collects payments, manages protected health information, processes forms and calls, and reconciles daily transactions. Supports a positive patient experience while following privacy, managed-care, eligibility, and organizational procedures.

Provides front-desk patient access services, including greeting and assisting patients, answering calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, registering patients, entering demographic and insurance information into EHR systems, verifying eligibility, collecting payments, reconciling cash, processing forms, protecting patient privacy, and supporting department operations and training.

Greets and assists patients in person and by phone, schedules and registers appointments, verifies insurance eligibility, enters demographic and clinical data into EHR systems, collects and reconciles payments, protects patient privacy, processes forms and authorizations, and supports accurate communication and positive patient experiences.

Coordinates back-office clinic flow by managing schedules, cancellations, no-shows, standby lists, patient screening, triage protocols, room utilization, referrals, and communication among providers and staff. Supports medical assistants with quality improvement measures, patient care, inventory, supplies, newborn registration, scheduling, point-of-care testing coordination, and oxygen tank monitoring. Maintains confidentiality under HIPAA and provides Medical Assistant coverage as needed.

Provides front-desk and telephone services for patients, including greeting, registration, appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility verification, data entry, form completion, payment collection, and appointment reminders. Maintains accurate electronic health records, protects patient privacy, processes encounters and correspondence, reconciles payments, follows managed-care and authorization procedures, and supports a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

Provides outpatient gynecologic care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, procedures, reproductive health counseling, patient education, prescribing, documentation, and care coordination. Consults with prenatal, primary care, and behavioral health teams; manages referrals and urgent visits; participates in women’s health quality improvement, outreach, learner education, credentialing, and continuing medical education.

Provides community-based, person-centered care coordination for 35–40 members with complex medical, behavioral health, and social needs. Develops measurable care plans, addresses social determinants of health, connects members with community resources, coordinates appointments and services, documents care in PointClickCare, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies. Supports members experiencing mental health, substance use, criminal justice, and other barriers.

Provides brief evidence-based behavioral health therapy, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, referrals, warm handoffs, and consultation in an integrated primary care setting. Documents services in the electronic medical record, supports medication-assisted treatment, collaborates with community partners and medical staff, delivers behavioral health training, tracks grant requirements, and participates in supervision. The role serves patients with mild to moderate behavioral health needs across diverse ages and circumstances.
