Provide direct personal and basic nursing care to residents per care plans, assist with activities of daily living, maintain documentation and a safe, clean environment, participate in trainings, and respond to resident needs with dignity and respect.

Provide nursing care at a post-acute skilled nursing center as a PRN Charge Nurse. Coordinate patient care, support residents and families, work weekends as needed, and comply with Virginia RN licensure requirements.

Supervise and delegate nursing staff on weekend shifts, ensure adequate staffing and quality resident care, participate in orientation/training, maintain documentation and EHR census, investigate incidents/complaints, assist with scheduling and performance evaluations, and provide direct nursing care while enforcing policies and safety standards.
