Maintains nursing and administrative supply inventories in a long-term care facility. Duties include creating nursing schedules, ordering and stocking supplies, monitoring weekly inventory levels, purchasing materials, managing vendors, processing damaged shipments and returns, following budgets, preparing resident billing statements, and fulfilling departmental requisitions. Requires an STNA license, long-term care experience, organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and effective communication.

Supports HR operations and people strategies across 17 West Virginia facilities. Partners with facility leaders to diagnose organizational needs, implement HR programs and policies, coach senior staff, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain accurate HR data, provide reporting, and ensure compliance. The role requires approximately 30% travel throughout the assigned region and may be primarily remote while remaining regionally located.

The Receptionist greets visitors, answers and directs telephone calls, takes and delivers messages, operates paging and telephone systems, and provides administrative support. The role maintains a friendly image for the healthcare center, follows organizational and safety policies, participates in training, and supports quality service delivery. This is a full-time day-shift position that includes weekends.
