Provides executive and administrative support across business operations, HR, accounting, marketing, and project controls. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, communications, invoices, expense reports, SharePoint maintenance, contact-list management, project coordination, travel arrangements, research, data entry, and executive requests. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, customer service, and Microsoft 365 and Adobe application skills. The role is full-time, hybrid opportunities may exist, and requires 10–20% travel.

Designs, develops, installs, starts up, and troubleshoots electrical and industrial control systems. Responsibilities include PLC/HMI programming, project coordination, resolving technical issues, supporting field installations, ensuring safety and standards compliance, communicating with customers and project teams, and recommending equipment or process improvements. The role requires regional travel, remote fieldwork, physical activity, and occasional overnight stays.

Supports project document control by organizing, formatting, tracking, filing, and reviewing documentation for compliance. Administers project management portals, maintains records, tracks reports and document reviews, participates in project meetings, and communicates with project teams, managers, clients, and external contacts. The role also assists with workflow improvements, business administration, engineering drawing interpretation, commissioning documentation, and field reports.
