Coordinate recruiting activities including scheduling video and on-site interviews, greeting candidates, maintaining the Lever ATS, posting jobs, supporting sourcing and intake/debrief meetings, and helping manage candidate logistics and travel while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to site safety protocols.

Lead design, simulation, testing, and commissioning of medium-voltage power electronic converter systems. Define component specifications, develop test plans, troubleshoot systems, coordinate vendors, and document engineering designs to deliver high-power electrical equipment for fusion power applications.

Lead and scale manufacturing operations, implement lean and continuous improvement programs, integrate new technologies, manage quality/compliance and budgets, build high-performing teams, and collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality and EHSS to drive production results and operational excellence.
