Supervise warehouse, dock, material handling, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Oversee equipment and rigging activities, inbound deliveries, material distribution, ERP transactions, inventory accuracy, quality quarantines, safety compliance, staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management. Lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, optimize warehouse space and material flow, track operational metrics, and ensure production deadlines are met.

Coordinates the talent acquisition process by scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel, hosting onsite interviewees, supporting sourcing, facilitating intake and debrief meetings, and maintaining Lever ATS data and reporting. The role is fully onsite in Milpitas and requires strong organization, communication, customer service, multitasking, and safety awareness in an industrial environment.

Provides on-site HR business partnering for manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams. Supports employee relations, manager coaching, investigations, workforce planning, onboarding, leaves, accommodations, performance management, engagement, compensation cycles, organizational changes, and employee lifecycle processes. Partners with senior HR business partners and leaders while maintaining accurate documentation, confidentiality, and equitable support across shifts in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
