The Senior Manager will lead Accounting Operations, overseeing accounts payable, payroll, and compliance while improving processes and managing staff development.

Support commissioning and operation of a large-scale helium cryogenic plant. Responsibilities include thermal-fluid process design, process safety and controls, schematics and equipment lists, troubleshooting, operating procedures, hardware and skid design, procurement, testing, inspections, and contractor coordination. The role requires hands-on experience with compressible fluids, cryogenic systems, rotating machinery, pressure equipment, controls, and applicable engineering standards, with occasional shift work, travel, and on-call duties.

Design, implement, and verify embedded control software for advanced R&D equipment and complex machinery. Develop production-quality real-time software across Linux, microcontrollers, and FPGAs; integrate software with hardware and software testbeds; support field commissioning; and improve company-wide development tooling and processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional engineers, safety awareness in industrial environments, and occasional travel, nights, weekends, or on-call work.
