Leads and performs complex power system studies, engineering calculations, technical deliverables, equipment research, and client coordination. Supports project planning, scheduling, budgeting, business development, contract administration, and resource planning. Required expertise includes dynamic stability, power flow, contingency, power quality, transient voltage, harmonics, grounding, black start, and model development using specialized power system software. Supervisory experience and protection or relay settings knowledge are beneficial.

Performs routine mechanical engineering work under close mentorship, including basic calculations, research, equipment and materials recommendations, drawings, reports, specifications, and limited-scope studies.
