Administers and troubleshoots physical and virtual servers, data center systems, backup and replication services, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Manages Azure and Microsoft 365 services, monitoring, patching, endpoint detection and response, enterprise email, documentation, and escalated technical issues. Provides guidance to IT support staff and participates in infrastructure upgrades, on-call weekend coverage, and travel to agency offices throughout Massachusetts.

Provide zealous legal representation to children in delinquency and youthful offender cases, including trial defense, post-dispositional advocacy, DYS support, and school-based advocacy. Attorneys use positive youth development, trauma-informed, culturally competent, and community-oriented practices; collaborate on projects improving outcomes for court-involved youth; and help address racial and ethnic disparities in the juvenile legal system.

Leads and manages a juvenile public defender office, supervises attorneys and staff, maintains a reduced caseload, handles complex delinquency and youthful offender cases, provides training, oversees performance and case management, and builds relationships with courts, agencies, private counsel, and community stakeholders. The role advances interdisciplinary, community-oriented juvenile defense and supports statewide Youth Advocacy Division initiatives.
