Conduct and document investigations of complaints and reports under the Early Childhood Educators Act. Receive and review complaints, develop investigation plans, collect and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, compile investigation records, prepare documentation, and provide testimony at disciplinary hearings. Communicate with stakeholders and maintain neutrality, accuracy, and confidentiality throughout investigative processes.
