Design, implement, and support observability solutions across defense and civilian projects. Deploy and integrate tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry), develop dashboards and queries, automate monitoring tasks, consult with customers (including pre-sales), and lead technical projects and operational processes.

Lead end-to-end Data and AI projects: gather requirements, define system and data interfaces, design solution architectures, plan model testing/monitoring, implement AI/ML and automation, build dashboards, and present technical solutions to business stakeholders.

Manage and monitor integrated project schedules across construction, ICT, and technology projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, track progress, identify risks and deviations, and prepare status reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support project control and execution.
