Design, implement, test, and operate backend services for a cloud-native product using primarily Go and, where needed, Java. Own features end to end, including APIs, data models, rollouts, monitoring, and production health. Collaborate on scalability and reliability decisions, drive product improvements, and apply DevOps and cloud-native practices. Use AI coding tools responsibly while maintaining code quality and engineering judgment.

Build and maintain Python and Django backend features for consumer and B2B platforms. Develop APIs, improve Celery and RabbitMQ pipeline performance and reliability, integrate payment and identity services, and contribute to code reviews. Own features through production operation while collaborating directly with founders and senior backend engineers in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Build and maintain production backend features using Python and Django for consumer and B2B platforms. Develop APIs, improve Celery and RabbitMQ pipeline performance and reliability, integrate payment and identity services, and contribute to code reviews and technical direction. The role includes occasional frontend work with HTMX or React, production ownership, and async collaboration across time zones.
