Commify Benefits Overview

Own monthly and annual group consolidations, consolidated financial statements, budgets, forecasts, statutory IFRS accounts, and technical accounting across international entities. Manage IFRS 16, foreign currency translation, expected credit losses, intercompany loans, acquisition accounting, goodwill impairment, policies, controls, audits, and process improvements. Advise subsidiary finance teams and support the Group Financial Controller while leveraging AI and automation to improve finance workflows.

Coordinate HR administration for teams in France, managing employee lifecycle processes, payroll and benefits support, HRIS data, recruitment coordination, CSE and labor relations, occupational health and safety compliance, employee queries, reporting, and HR projects. The role requires fluent French and strong English, international HR experience, payroll administration knowledge, HRIS proficiency, and careful handling of compliance and sensitive employee matters.

Generate and qualify Dutch-market leads through cold calling, email, social selling, networking, and inbound follow-up. Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and product demonstrations; manage sales opportunities and CRM records; nurture prospect relationships; collaborate with business development, marketing, and customer success teams; and meet targets for booked meetings and pipeline generation.
