Company equity
All employees are awarded stock option equity at the time of hire, and refresh grants are reviewed on a regularly basis. Vesting occurs over a 4-years - 25% on one year anniversary, 1/36th monthly
Performance bonus
All CommerceIQ employees are eligible to participate in our performance bonus plan. Bonuses are a target % of base pay. Payouts are based off both individual and company performance.
