Serve as first point of contact for internal and external users of wealth management systems, providing tier-1 technical support, user access provisioning, troubleshooting, testing, training, and coordination with vendors. Identify trends, recommend improvements, assist with system maintenance and roadmap activities, and deliver excellent customer service.

Lead consumer deposit product and pricing strategy, manage portfolio P&L, NIM and cost of funds, develop pricing models and new products, chair pricing meetings, support wealth/private banking pricing, and lead and develop a team to meet growth and revenue objectives.

The Treasury Management Officer drives revenue growth by developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales goals through various marketing and sales activities.
