Teams at Commerce Bank

Solicits new business from community banks and financial institutions, manages a portfolio of institutional clients, markets fixed-income products, develops relationships with executives and portfolio managers, supports senior sales representatives, and meets production goals through consultative sales.

Manages a Commerce Trust office and leads trust, wealth management, business development, operational, and client relationship activities. Serves as the primary salesperson for asset management services, develops referral sources, achieves growth goals, oversees staff and department workflow, manages budgets, and represents the bank in community and leadership activities. Requires expertise in trust services, investments, estate planning, taxation, and complex relationship sales.

Drives indirect lending sales and relationship management with auto dealerships across an assigned territory. Develops sales plans, analyzes competitors and dealer performance, collaborates with internal banking and lending teams, maintains Salesforce activity records, and mentors junior sales staff. The role requires overnight travel, consultative selling, knowledge of auto finance and indirect lending, a valid driver's license, and experience in business-to-business or product sales.
