Supervises accounting and wealth operations, including cash movement, wires, ACH transactions, check processing, OFAC reviews, general ledger postings, balancing, reconciliations, and management reporting. Supports high-net-worth clients, mitigates operational and financial risk, coordinates cross-functional activities, oversees workflow, and coaches team members. Requires accounting and wealth operations expertise, analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant experience, and one year of leadership experience.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to elicit and document requirements (use cases, user stories, data flows), manage and refine Agile backlogs, support sprint and release planning, facilitate meetings, and produce artifacts to ensure solutions meet customer needs.

Documents commercial equipment leases and loans, verifies approvals and conditions, coordinates client and counsel communications, prepares lease and loan documents, UCC financing statements, amendments, escrow requests, and insurance verification. Reviews documentation for accuracy, supports negotiations, produces reports for senior management, identifies process efficiencies, and develops departmental policies and procedures while mitigating risk and maintaining timely, accurate execution.
