The Equipment Finance Sales Officer is responsible for soliciting companies for equipment finance and leasing opportunities, managing customer relationships, coordinating with product partners, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while engaging in community business functions.

Provide operational and compliance support for CD and IRA accounts using the CORE Billing Application. Process redemptions, withdrawals, and account maintenance; research issues and prepare adjustments; respond to internal and external inquiries by phone/email; meet accuracy and timeliness metrics; serve as backup for teammates and deliver high-quality customer service.
