Volunteer public commission member to evaluate homeland security preparedness in DC, measure gaps, recommend improvement priorities, review after-action reports and regional efforts, and advise the District government in consultation with the Director and public/private partners.

The Commission advises local authorities on fashion and beauty community needs, implements initiatives for economic development, and supports education in these fields.

The Chesapeake Bay STAC provides scientific and technical advice through reports, groups, reviews, workshops, and facilitates communication between scientists and the CBP.
