Design and own the architecture and reliability of the Command|Alert alerting pipeline. Build high-fidelity correlation and detection logic across diverse telemetry, ensure end-to-end alert delivery and idempotency, mentor engineers, and enable LLM-driven investigation and alert generation while balancing short-term reliability and long-term scalability.

Own end-to-end enterprise customer implementations, configure monitoring/RMM and automation, troubleshoot networks and security, script integrations to speed deployments, build repeatable playbooks, and liaise between customers and product teams to drive platform adoption.

The National Channel Director is responsible for growing sales through channel partners, managing subagents, achieving sales targets, and developing business relationships in the IT sector.
