The role requires advanced expertise across Cato, Fortinet, Versa, Cisco Meraki, routing, switching, multi-cloud connectivity, Zero Trust architectures, and network programmability.

Provides remote IT support for global employees, including helpdesk troubleshooting, laptop setup, device and application management, and administration of Microsoft Intune and Pulseway. Resolves hardware, software, networking, macOS, and Windows issues; documents solutions; and supports consistent IT standards across time zones. The role requires independent work aligned with U.S. business hours and may include SaaS support, onboarding and offboarding, and IT certification-related responsibilities.

Support the CEO by managing a complex calendar and inbox, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing board and leadership meeting logistics, screening requests, handling confidential information, processing expenses, and supporting executive projects. The role requires excellent judgment, discretion, communication, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced technology company.
