As Electronics Engineering Manager, you will lead FPGA development and design complex electronics systems, managing a team while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality standards.

Lead end-to-end technical recruitment across hardware, software, and engineering teams in the UK and US. Build and manage talent pipelines, maintain ATS/data integrity, conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence, partner with People Ops on compliant offers and onboarding, and improve TA processes. Drive sourcing for senior and hard-to-find talent and maintain hiring metrics and reporting.

Serve as technical authority for signal processing and ML for CoMind One: define methodologies, develop and validate algorithms for cerebral blood flow, intracranial pressure, and autoregulation, drive data collection and labelling, produce regulatory evidence, publications and patents, and represent data science across R&D, clinical, and engineering teams. Senior individual contributor based in Kings Cross (4 days/week onsite).
