Coordinates BAS projects from turnover through closeout, serving as the primary customer contact and managing schedules, meetings, commissioning, training, documentation, RFIs, change orders, costs, risks, and handoff. Partners with engineering, installation, service, sales, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to keep milestones on track and ensure successful project delivery.

Manages quarterly and annual income tax provisions, federal and state tax compliance, tax accounting, audits, tax research, planning, and acquisition due diligence. Oversees tax staff, maintains tax controls, improves tax technology and processes, and collaborates with accounting, finance, legal, payroll, and operations teams. Requires a CPA, accounting degree, at least five years of tax experience including ASC 740, and strong corporate income tax expertise.

Develop HVAC project solutions, cost estimates, technical proposals, and preconstruction support for commercial projects. Serve as a technical customer contact, qualify opportunities, interpret project requirements, and collaborate with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and sales teams. Build customer and vendor relationships while supporting value engineering, budgeting, compliance, and competitive project execution.
