Supports recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, internal communications, HR documentation, employee records, lifecycle activities, and culture initiatives across global teams. The intern will gain hands-on experience in human resources while helping improve employee experience and workplace processes.

Test and improve developer documentation by running quickstarts and integration guides in clean environments, identifying failures, rewriting instructions, updating SDK code samples, and adding missing prerequisites. Create technical tutorials, integration walkthroughs, migration guides, and comparison content. Maintain links, screenshots, metadata, and documentation defect logs while interviewing engineers to verify technical accuracy.

Create, edit, caption, and publish short screen-based product demo videos across social and video platforms. Write hooks, titles, and descriptions; monitor and respond to engagement; repurpose content into clips and stills; curate developer content; and report views, watch time, and engagement. The role requires independently understanding software, identifying compelling moments, posting consistently, and using performance data to improve content.

Write and refine concise marketing copy for a developer-focused conversational technology platform. Responsibilities include website, landing page, product, email, social, sales, and in-product copy; editing and proofreading; maintaining style and terminology guides; verifying product claims; adapting content across formats; and measuring the impact of revisions.

Own the roadmap, feature development, backlog prioritization, customer communications, and competitive positioning for CometChat’s core chat, calls, moderation, and AI Agent products. Partner with engineering, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams to ship growth-focused capabilities. Use AI throughout discovery, product definition, prototyping, development, launch, and measurement while communicating effectively with customers and technical stakeholders.
