Own a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Provide technical enablement, troubleshoot Python SDK integrations, advise on AI/ML, LLM, MLOps, and agentic AI use cases, and help customers realize value from Comet. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering to manage account health, resolve challenges, identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and provide customer feedback for product improvements.

Build and maintain frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Java/Dropwizard) features for Opik, focusing on LLM observability, evaluation, real-time monitoring, APIs, integrations with LLM frameworks, and collaboration with ML researchers. Contribute to open-source, documentation, and automated evaluation systems.
