Lead onboarding, deployment coordination, process and playbook development, and cross-functional collaboration with customers, founders, product, and engineering. Translate workflows and customer needs into technical requirements, identify recurring deployment challenges, and improve tooling and documentation to scale implementations efficiently.

Build and deploy full-stack product features using TypeScript and Python, develop AI-driven capabilities, integrate with customer ERP systems, support onboarding, and collaborate directly with founders and customers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for customer onboarding, AI agent configuration, ERP and data integrations, implementation, testing, deployment, technical training, and ongoing support. The role also builds and ships full-stack product features using TypeScript, Python, Django, cloud services, and LLMs while translating customer needs into technical solutions.
