Responsibilities include territory management, prospecting, relationship building, consultative solution selling, sales presentations, pipeline management, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with technical and customer support teams. The role focuses on advanced communications offerings such as PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate sales reporting.

Manage strategic relationships with assigned enterprise and mid-market Comcast Business customers. Drive revenue growth through identifying and closing sales opportunities, renew contracts, maintain customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and develop account strategies. Sell business services to executive stakeholders while managing quotas, forecasts, funnels, retention objectives, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations. Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime.

Develops territories and acquires mid-market and enterprise customers for Comcast Business managed solutions. Generates leads, builds strategic partnerships, delivers sales presentations, negotiates contracts, and manages customer relationships to drive retention and revenue. Maintains sales records and collaborates with internal teams to meet service expectations. Requires knowledge of networking, SD-WAN, network security, VoIP, data networking, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
