Conduct inbound telesales to small and mid-size business customers, meeting sales quotas while recommending bundled connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed solutions. Manage prospects from initial call through close, maintain accurate CRM records, provide consultative guidance, address customer needs, and resolve or escalate issues. Stay current on products, competitors, and emerging technologies while supporting new sales tools and incentives. The role requires punctual attendance, variable scheduling, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
