Manage product sales support pipeline, forecasts, reporting and client master data. Lead a sales support & analysis team, drive lead generation, maintain sales forecasts and daily activity reports, liaise with Accounting/Finance/Sales/Operations/IT/Legal, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely information flow and documentation.

Design, build, deploy, and operate large-scale, cloud-native backend services in Golang on AWS. Lead technical initiatives, improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and reliability of distributed systems. Mentor engineers, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product and design to shape platform strategy.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure end-to-end product quality. Build and maintain automation using Java, Selenium/TestNG, WebdriverIO/JavaScript, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Write unit/integration tests, apply TDD/BDD concepts, report and track defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve automation framework maintainability in an Agile environment.
