Manage end-to-end accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, tax and VAT compliance for a project-driven scale-up. Analyze profitability and margins, optimize financial processes, lead automation and internal controls, and advise the CEO and management team on strategic and operational decisions. The role also includes managing liquidity, financing structures, and a small finance team.
