Second-in-command HR leader supporting the Director to run HR operations, lead enterprise projects, improve processes, ensure compliance, prepare executive reporting, manage sensitive investigations, and represent HR across the organization.

Supervise table games operations to ensure compliance with casino policies, protect bankroll and patrons, train and evaluate dealers, handle guest and employee issues, and maintain a positive guest experience.

Lead enterprise learning strategy and programs, design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training, develop curricula and materials, evaluate learning effectiveness, manage training records and budget, supervise the Training and Development team, and partner with leaders and SMEs to support team member development and operational excellence.

Oversee all property operations to maximize financial performance and compliance with tribal, federal, and gaming regulations. Lead departmental managers, participate in strategic planning and budgeting, drive cash flow and ROI, ensure guest and staff safety and service, manage regulatory adherence, develop team training, and serve as Manager on Duty when required.
