Leads enterprise-wide learning and development by identifying training needs, designing curricula, coordinating classroom and virtual programs, evaluating effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement. Supervises the Training and Development department, guides departmental trainers, manages training records and budgets, evaluates learning technologies and vendors, and partners with leadership to align programs with operational, regulatory, and organizational objectives. The role supports customer service, leadership, gaming, communication, cash handling, and other operational training initiatives.

Manages daily corporate office operations, reception, office services, facilities coordination, vendors, supplies, meetings, records, and administrative support for executive leadership. Supervises the receptionist, coordinates workplace logistics and events, maintains professional customer service, supports special projects, and recommends process improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to coordinate office needs independently.
