Manage operations of Industrial Medicine, Specialty, and Rural Health clinics; supervise clinical staff, schedule and cross-train employees, grow program revenue, ensure compliance with policies, insurance guidance, QA/PI program, and maintain interdepartmental relationships.

Oversee daily clinic operations, lead clinical and administrative staff, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, billing), optimize patient flow, drive quality improvement, manage community outreach, and support staff development and training.

Performs cleaning and sanitation duties throughout hospital facilities, including patient rooms, offices, clinics, hallways, bathrooms, surgery rooms, and specialty departments. Duties include disinfecting surfaces, handling blood and sharps containers, removing waste, changing linens, restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and preparing surgical areas between cases. Maintains sanitary, orderly environments and cleans off-site apartments and clinics as assigned.

Handle referral authorizations and tracking, answer phones, schedule appointments, maintain patient charts and records, process billing/insurance verifications, obtain prior authorizations, register patients in HMS, and perform general clerical and receptionist duties in rural health clinics.

Receives, fills, distributes, stores, and delivers medications and pharmaceutical supplies throughout inpatient and emergency departments. Responsibilities include restocking medication carts and floor stock, processing charges and credits, transferring patient medication profiles, completing compliance checks and dispensing records, auditing inventory, checking expiration dates, rotating stock, and restocking emergency boxes. Reports equipment issues and unusual drug-related situations to pharmacy leadership and provides on-call support as needed.

Greet and register patients at rural health clinics, manage phones and appointments, maintain patient charts and records, verify insurance and prior authorizations, enroll patients in programs, collect payments, and perform clerical duties while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Provide direct patient care in the surgery department under RN supervision: pre-op admissions, vitals, specimen collection, dressing changes, documentation, cleaning and decontamination, supply ordering, patient education, and participation in quality and safety activities.
