Lead Column’s MENA expansion from Dubai by identifying and executing strategic partnerships with banks, managing executive relationships, closing complex deals, and developing regional market intelligence. The role requires Arabic fluency, strong MENA banking and fintech networks, strategic judgment, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams. Regular regional travel and occasional travel to San Francisco are required.

Lead and scale the bank's Legal Operations: design the operating model, own legal technology and AI-assisted workflows, run contract lifecycle and knowledge management, manage outside counsel and legal spend, build KPIs/dashboards, and drive cross-functional adoption to increase Legal team capacity and speed.

Lead end-to-end risk-based audits across core banking and technology, focusing on IT/security, cloud-native infrastructure, SDLC, BSA/AML, third-party risk, and regulatory requirements. Partner with engineering, InfoSec, and business teams to surface risks, automate testing with analytics/AI, report to leadership, and manage audit delivery.
