Leads the design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of enterprise physical server and virtualization environments. Provides Tier III support, manages server hardware lifecycles, virtualization platforms, storage, networking, disaster recovery, compliance, documentation, and change management. Coordinates infrastructure projects, cross-functional teams, and vendors while serving as the subject matter expert. Participates in 24/7 on-call rotations and supports high-availability, mission-critical systems.

The System Administrator II will manage virtualization environments, perform technical support, maintain system performance, and document procedures.

Provides virtual, in-person, accommodated, placement, and certification exam proctoring. Monitors testing sessions, supports academic integrity, assists students with accommodations, troubleshoots technology, documents exam outcomes and misconduct incidents, and communicates results to faculty and leadership. Provides customer service to students and college staff, supports accessibility procedures, and assists with Faculty Assistance Center course-copy functions. Requires flexible scheduling, rotating Saturdays, and work across multiple locations.
