Provides residency and student-record support to new and continuing students. Reviews documentation, interprets Ohio residency regulations, certifies in-state tuition eligibility, updates residency statuses, and responds to inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically. Coordinates with student services departments, maintains confidential records, conducts outreach and presentations, supports residency forms and web content, and ensures compliance with college, state, and federal requirements.

Provides one-on-one and small-group tutoring in reading, writing, grammar, and English-related coursework. Supports learners with course requirements and digital resources, adapts instruction to different learning styles, communicates student progress and concerns, maintains educational records, generates tutoring reports, and assists instructors and fellow tutors. The role also attends training, reports technology issues, and promotes a respectful and inclusive learning environment.

Leads the design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of enterprise physical server and virtualization environments. Provides Tier III support, manages server hardware lifecycles, virtualization platforms, storage, networking, disaster recovery, compliance, documentation, and change management. Coordinates infrastructure projects, cross-functional teams, and vendors while serving as the subject matter expert. Participates in 24/7 on-call rotations and supports high-availability, mission-critical systems.
