The System Administrator II will manage virtualization environments, perform technical support, maintain system performance, and document procedures.

Lead multiple concurrent ERP projects from initiation through close: define scope, estimate resources and budget, manage stakeholders and vendors, ensure testing/QA, track risks/issues, maintain documentation, and promote project management methodology and process improvement across the college.

Provide ASL tutoring and lab support to faculty and students, prepare lab stations and visual aids, schedule and maintain equipment, assist with course materials and administrative recordkeeping, and foster a respectful inclusive learning environment.
