Provides one-on-one and small-group tutoring in reading, writing, grammar, and English-related coursework. Supports learners with course requirements and digital resources, adapts instruction to different learning styles, communicates student progress and concerns, maintains educational records, generates tutoring reports, and assists instructors and fellow tutors. The role also attends training, reports technology issues, and promotes a respectful and inclusive learning environment.

Supports campus safety infrastructure, regulatory compliance, inspections, audits, safety training, emergency response documentation, and preventive maintenance scheduling. Inspects life-safety systems, construction projects, work zones, and hazardous activities; identifies and escalates deficiencies; maintains records, certifications, vendor contracts, incident reports, and safety management systems. The position requires on-call availability 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and supports a safe, compliant, and respectful college environment.

Provides developmental reading and writing tutoring to students, faculty, and staff through individual and small-group sessions. Supports student learning, study skills, tutoring documentation, scheduling, reporting, outreach, website and Blackboard updates, and office administration. Helps train and mentor tutors, assists with staff development, supports tutoring software, and collaborates with faculty and academic leadership. Requires evening and Saturday availability in a shared campus tutoring environment.
